Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-04-14
Acceptance
By creating a Clickyness account or using clickyness.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Clickyness is
Clickyness is an AI-powered pre-publish packaging scorer for YouTube creators. You submit a thumbnail and a title, and the service returns a Clickyness score, category breakdowns, and suggestions for how to improve the packaging. If you connect your YouTube channel, we use your own historical performance to sharpen the analysis.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information at signup.
- Keeping your password and authentication credentials secure.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
One account per person. Sharing credentials or running automation against your account is not permitted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise programmatically extract data from the service.
- Upload thumbnails, titles, or other content you do not have the rights to submit.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or depicts minors in harmful contexts.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service or other users' accounts.
- Use the service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription. If you believe a charge was made in error, email ryan@clickyness.com and we will review it in good faith.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next renewal after the notice period.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the thumbnails, titles, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Clickyness a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you — including sending it to our scoring model provider to generate your score and suggestions.
Clickyness retains all rights in the platform, the scoring models and prompts, the user interface, and all related intellectual property. Scores and suggestions produced by the service are yours to use.
AI output is advisory
Clickyness scores and suggestions are generated by large language models and are advisory. They are predictions about how packaging may perform, not guarantees of YouTube performance, views, click-through rate, revenue, or audience response.
AI systems can be wrong, inconsistent, or biased. Use the output as one input to your decision, not as a replacement for your own judgment.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickyness and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Clickyness in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account by emailing ryan@clickyness.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, use the service abusively, or create legal or security risk for Clickyness or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
