I've been a YouTuber for 6 years with two channels. They taught me that “looks good” and “earns clicks” are two different problems.
So I built this tool, powered by Claude, to analyze thumbnails and give me feedback so I could improve on every iteration. I calibrated it with viral channels like MrBeast, Veritasium, and MKBHD on the high end, plus a lot of low-quality uploads on the low end. The bad ones matter as much as the good ones. That's how the floor gets anchored.
I analyze my own videos with it. Some of them land in the 50s. Best analysis I've seen on my own videos is a 72. The system doesn't flatter. That's the point. You need the truth if you want to improve.
